Samantha Nisenboim
Director/Writer/Producer

Samantha Nisenboim is a critically acclaimed film producer with a career spanning over 20 films. She is best known for her work at Giant Wildcat, the production company she co-founded in 2014 with director Chris McKay.

Under the Giant Wildcat banner, Samantha produced Universal Studios’ RENFIELD (Nicolas Cage, Nicholas Hoult, Awkwafina). Her other film credits include co-producing Amazon Studios’ THE TOMORROW WAR (Chris Pratt, J.K. Simmons) and consulting on Universal Studios’ DOLITTLE (Robert Downey Jr.).

Samantha also played a pivotal role in shaping the LEGO cinematic universe, contributing to THE LEGO NINJAGO MOVIE (Dave Franco, Jackie Chan) and THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE (Will Arnett, Zach Galifianakis), the latter earning her a PGA nomination.

She is currently producing Stephanie Laing’s TOW.

After nearly two decades of deep involvement in the studio system, Samantha is now shifting her focus to her true passion—the passion that originally drew her to the film industry: writing and directing her own films. Her extensive on-set experience working with Hollywood’s best and brightest has uniquely prepared her to bring her creative vision to life. This has always been her dream, ever since her time at USC Film School, where she first became immersed in the craft of cinema.
