Victoria G. Karr’s family has always said she was born with ‘a crayon in her hand’. Victoria grew up in a small town in Illinois and moved to Pennsylvania to attend university. Victoria G. Karr earned a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Applied Media Arts.
